Getting input from family, friends and loved ones

Thank you for taking part in this survey on the impact this deployment has had on you. We appreciate your time and input in answering the following questions. This survey should take about 10 minutes.
As we near the completion of our mission, we have decided to put together a book with pictures and information about our experiences here in Southwest Asia. We have been very priveleged to haveyour support the whole time we have been out here, but we know it has not been easy at all. We know you have had to endure long nights wondering if and hoping we are ok, and we know that the phonecalls and e-mails don't seem to b e long or frequent enough.
This short survey seeks to capture some of these feelings in print. For the most part, we would not edit the statements you make in this survey, so we would like you to be sincere and as straight to the point as possible. Please feel free to leave out any details you would rather not share with everyone, and please try and be brief.
